A confirmed consultant contributes to the implementation of technical solutions; he takes responsibilities of supervision and/or piloting. It is a reference recognized within the firm.
A senior consultant is autonomous in high value-added interventions. He is recognized as an expert by the customers, the executive management and the Human resources. He intervenes as occasional trainer. He contributes to the closing of the new businesses.
He is linked to the Operational Director; he participates to the development strategy of MWA or to the scope, while producing a project activity (at least 75 %). He is responsible for the development of his activities. His objectives of development are formalized in an annual amendment.
